Safe: Whether information is generated by Partners in Practice or our client, it is stored using several redundant methods. These methods provide us with the ability to recover data from different sources, if necessary. In addition, all systems are backed up by two separate systems using two different methods. Data from all Partners in Practice systems are then stored in an off-site vault on a daily basis to assure the information is always available and safe.

Secure: We treat each client’s data as a single source container, secure from access by other entities. Our data center is designed to protect your data against potential issues that may cause interruption or intrusion. Utilization of our state-of-the-art power protection and suppression scheme, along with our Sapphire fire suppression system, assures security 24/7.

Stable: Our clients can rely on seamless access to their data at all times. Stability threats are quashed by our backup redundancy plans, so potential interruptions pose no threat to your data. Our Enterprise battery backup system is maintained by Emerson Systems and is capable of powering all systems in our server room, even during a brown out. Partners in Practice’s Caterpillar 72 hour high-powered diesel generator is on standby to maintain 100% system operation during an extended power outage. We offer multiple connectivity sources, should a particular ISP experience problems. Furthermore, while securing more than 30MB of communication sources, Partners in Practice is able to provide our clients the ability to grow without scalability issues.
